The process:

1. Initial Consultation
   We love getting to know our clients, so we make an effort to do a video chat whenever possible for our initial consultation. This helps us better understand your vision, goals, and needs, and ensures we’re on the same page from the start.

2. Concept & Quote
   After understanding your project, we’ll provide a quote based on its scope and complexity. If you’re commissioning custom work, we’ll share a detailed concept sketch to ensure we’re aligned before moving forward. While pricing is subject to change over time, once we’ve agreed on a quote for your project, it will remain fixed unless additional items or revisions are requested.

3. Design Development
   After receiving approval on the concept, Loni will dive into creating the final piece. During this stage, we provide regular updates, allowing you to offer feedback and make adjustments as needed.

4. Final Delivery & Licensing
   Once the artwork is finalized, we’ll provide you with the high-resolution files for your project. If you’ve licensed a piece, we'll send over the licensing agreement, ensuring everything is clear and ready for use.

5. Ongoing Support
   Even after your project is completed, we're always available for questions or additional requests. Your satisfaction is key, and we want to ensure you’re delighted with the final product.
